What HIVEN OS is. HIVEN OS is an agent operating system by Boldstephiven — software you download and run on your own machine, with an optional hosted deck at this site. It is a tool: what you build and decide with it remains yours, and your responsibility.
Your license. When your signup is approved and a download token is issued, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the downloaded bundle on machines you control, for the edition you were approved for (Full, Student, or Business). Student edition is for personal learning use.
Approval-gated distribution. The download is sealed. Access is granted per person, after review, by emailed token. Your token is yours alone — do not share it.
No resale or redistribution. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the bundle, your token, or any part of the software, and you may not offer HIVEN OS itself as a service to third parties without written permission from Boldstephiven.
As-is, no warranty. HIVEN OS is provided as is, without warranty of any kind — no promise that it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Agent output is machine-generated and should be verified before you rely on it.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boldstephiven is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the software.
Token termination. We may revoke a download token or hosted access if these terms or the Acceptable Use rules are broken. You may stop using the software at any time; the license ends when the token is revoked.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Changes to terms. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above changes when we do. Continuing to use HIVEN OS after an update means you accept the revision.
Lead and niche research use public business data and official APIs, respecting platform terms and robots.txt — never private-individual profiling. Advertising is truthful, no dark patterns. Growth and ad agents draft and schedule only; nothing publishes and no budget is spent without the commander's explicit approval.

What we collect. When you sign up for access: your name, email, chosen edition, and the one-line purpose you give us (plus type of business, for the Business edition). When you use the contact form: your name, email, and message. That is the complete list.
Cookies. This landing page sets no cookies. If you enter the OS and sign in, one strictly-necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Nothing else.
No tracking. No analytics, no third-party trackers, no ad pixels, no fingerprinting — on this page or inside the OS.
Where data lives. Signup and contact records are stored in HIVEN's own database on our hosting infrastructure. A downloaded hive stores its memory and records on your machine, encrypted at rest, and sends nothing anywhere you didn't configure.
Retention. Signup records are kept while the access program runs, so your token stays valid. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and resolve.
Deletion. To see or delete what we hold about you, send a request through the contact form on this page — it goes straight to the team, and we confirm by email once it's done.
Memory is AES-encrypted at rest. Every agent decision is written to a cryptographically signed audit chain that self-verifies on boot. Live-data bridges are keyless and degrade to simulation — nothing is sent anywhere you didn't configure.
Bring your own model keys or run fully offline on local models. Keys are stored server-side and never reach the browser; one user can never spend another's key, and the commander's keys are never shared. On a downloaded hive, your work stays on your machine.
Risk and lead intelligence analyze events and public business information only. No tracking, profiling, or identity resolution of private individuals — anywhere in the system. Redaction runs before anything is written to the ledger; if it can't redact, it withholds.
HIVEN's security agent, AEGIS SHIELD, hardens systems and teaches defense. It never writes malware, exploits, or attack tooling — even for "testing." Offensive requests are declined and answered with the defensive equivalent. This boundary cannot be removed by a prompt.
Finance agents (ATLAS, VAULT, TALLY) are educational and never give personalized trade recommendations. Wellbeing (SERENITY) is supportive, not therapy, and points you to a qualified professional for serious concerns.
If you enter the OS, HIVEN keeps you signed in with a single strictly-necessary session cookie. No tracking, no analytics, no third parties. This landing page itself sets no cookies; when you dismiss the cookie note, your "OK" is remembered in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device.
Whatever you run, the hive shapes itself to it — and invents new agents for work it hasn't seen.
